Crystal Healing Meets Salt Therapy in Exmouth

A Bespoke Healing Session at Salt Zen Therapy Spa

There’s something magical about combining two powerful natural therapies.

On Friday, I had the pleasure of bringing crystal healing into the heart of Salt Zen Therapy Spa in Exmouth - a tranquil Himalayan salt sanctuary - for a truly bespoke session.

Crafting a Crystal Kit for a Salty Atmosphere:

Not all crystals love salt. 

Some, like Selenite or Malachite, are too soft or porous and can become damaged, dulled, or even dissolve if exposed to a salty environment.

With this in mind, I created a special kit of crystals that are not only safe but thrive energetically in this kind of space.

For this treatment, I focused predominantly on the quartz family - rose quartz, smoky quartz and amethyst alongside grounding stones like jasper and agate.

Quartz family – resilient and amplifying, quartz crystals hold energy beautifully while being safe in salt environments.

Each brings its own flavour: rose quartz for heart healing, smokey quartz for grounding.

Jasper – nurturing, protective and stabilising, perfect for supporting the body during deep relaxation.

Agate – harmonising and strengthening, ideal for creating a gentle, balanced energy field.

Together, this collection created a harmonious balance of cleansing, grounding and gentle uplift - perfectly aligned with the purifying qualities of salt therapy.

A Healing Session in a Salt Sanctuary:

The treatment took place in the spa’s salt therapy room - softly glowing with shades of amber from the Himalayan salt walls. The air itself was infused with micro-particles of salt, known for their cleansing and respiratory benefits. 

As my client lay surrounded by both salt & crystal energy, the room became a cocoon of peace, amplifying the healing vibrations.

Bespoke Energy in a Personal Space:

Working with the spa’s owner in her own sacred space made the session even more special. 

There’s an intimacy and depth of connection when a healing treatment is held in a place already filled with someone’s energy and care. 

This wasn’t just a treatment - it was a collaboration between crystal energy, salt therapy, and the client’s own intention.
