I’m so happy to now offer my dōTERRA AromaTouch Technique®  Experience from my Lympstone space.

AromaTouch is a structured essential oil application across the back and feet, using eight specific dōTERRA oils in a precise sequence. The experience combines the power of pure essential oils with slow, consistent touch to invite the body into a state of calm and regulation.

Unlike massage, this is not deep or remedial. The touch is light, steady and rhythmical, designed to support relaxation rather than muscle manipulation.

It is quiet.

It is grounding.

It allows the body to soften.

What Happens During a Session

You will lie comfortably on your front with your back exposed.

Eight carefully selected oils are applied along energy zones of the back in a specific order, followed by application to the feet to support grounding and integration.

The sequence follows a specific flow, allowing both the aroma and the touch to work together.

Sessions last around 45 minutes.

Many women leave feeling:

The right kind of touch can gently lower heart rate and support the body in shifting out of fight or flight. When combined with essential oils, the effect can feel surprisingly powerful in its simplicity.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this massage?

No. AromaTouch is not massage and does not involve deep or remedial pressure. The touch is light, slow and consistent, designed to support relaxation and nervous system regulation.

Do I need to remove clothing?

You will be asked to remove clothing from your upper body so the oils can be applied directly to the back. Your feet will also be uncovered for part of the session. You will remain appropriately covered throughout to ensure you feel warm, safe and comfortable.

What should I wear?

Wear something comfortable and easy to change out of. I recommend bringing dark clothing if possible, as essential oils can occasionally mark lighter fabrics.

Can I combine this with Crystal Healing?

Yes. In fact, the two work beautifully together. AromaTouch supports the body first, allowing crystal healing to land even more deeply. If you are looking for a full reset experience, you may wish to explore my Restore Ritual offering.
