What is a Crystal Circle?
Each month, we gather in circle at Kiva & Zen Studios in Topsham - a beautiful, calming space where women come together to rest, reflect & realign.
In these 90-minute sessions, we focus on a specific healing crystal & its energetic qualities. I guide you through a soothing meditation, crystal practices & intention setting. There’s also time to share & connect.
This is a space where energy shifts. Where you can breathe a little deeper, feel seen & supported, and receive the clarity you’ve been seeking.
When: Every 3rd Thursday of the month, 7pm - 8.30pm

What is a Bespoke Crystal Healing Session?
These deeply healing 60 minute 1:1 treatments take place at 3 different locations;
Soul Star Healing Therapies in Exeter every Monday.
Kiva & Zen Studios Treatment room in Topsham every Tuesday morning.
My treatment space in Lympstone every Friday.
Each session is tailored to you - using a hand-selected combination of crystals, energy techniques & intuitive guidance to restore energetic balance, bring calm to your system & support emotional release.
You’ll lie down, relax fully & allow the crystalline frequencies to realign your energy field. Many clients say they leave feeling lighter, clearer & ‘reset’.

How to Book
1. Choose Your Session
Decide whether you're feeling called to a group experience in circle or a private healing session. You’ll find full details for both below.
2. Pick a Date & Time
Check availability on the booking calendar & select a time that works for you.
3. Secure Your Spot
Spaces are limited (especially for circles) so booking ahead is recommended. It’s quick & easy through the booking page.
4. Set Your Intentions
Before your session, take a quiet moment to reflect. What are you ready to release? What are you calling in? Your intention is a powerful part of the process.
5. Arrive & Receive
Come as you are - open, curious & ready to receive. You can bring your own crystals or simply enjoy the energy in the space. Trust that you’ll receive exactly what you need.
