Ground & Release: A Smokey Quartz Circle Reflection

Smokey quartz crystal circle set up at Kiva and Zen Studios in Topsham

Last evening Topsham, we gathered in sacred circle to journey with smokey quartz at Kiva and Zen Studio - the stone of grounding, protection & release.

This month’s theme, “Ground & Release,” invited each woman to connect with the steadying energy of the Earth and gently let go of what’s no longer aligned.

Smokey Quartz has long been known for its anchoring qualities - a crystal that calms the nervous system, dissolves stress and clears energetic blockages. Its deep, smokey hue reminds us that grounding isn't about heaviness - it's about rooted presence.

In circle, we explored our own individual connection with the smokey quartz crystal heart that spoke to us from the central layout.

There was a common theme that ran through each of our experiences - letting go isn’t always dramatic, sometimes it’s a quiet exhale, a surrender, a softening into trust.

Each woman arrived carrying her own intention, her own energy - and through meditation, crystal connection and gentle sharing, we created space to release what no longer serves. The energy was palpable - tender, strong, supportive. There were moments of stillness and deep inner shifts.

As we worked with Smokey Quartz, we allowed its medicine to meet us exactly where we were - reminding us that it's safe to land, to ground, to be held. In a world that often asks us to do more, push harder, be "on" - this evening offered an invitation to come home to the body, the breath and the now.

These circles are never just about the crystals - they’re about the women who show up. The courage to feel. The beauty of being witnessed. The ripple effect of tending to your own inner landscape.

If you’re feeling the call to ground, release and reset - you're so welcome to join us in a future circle, or book a 1:1 crystal healing session to experience this medicine more deeply.

With love & grounded energy,

Vicky
