May Energy - A Season of Quiet Expansion
There’s a different kind of energy moving through May, not rushed or forced.
But open, light & quietly expanding.
The kind of growth that doesn’t demand your attention… but gently invites you into it 🌿
If you’re based in Exmouth, Topsham, Budleigh or the wider East Devon area, this is the energy I’m holding within my crystal healing work this month.
This month, I’m working with Chrysoprase & dōTERRA Citrus Bliss - a pairing that feels like a soft opening of the heart.
Chrysoprase supports emotional renewal, gently encouraging the release of what’s been held onto for too long… creating space for something new.
Citrus Bliss brings warmth, lightness & a subtle return to joy.
Together, they feel like a reminder that growth doesn’t have to feel heavy.
It can feel spacious.
It can feel supportive.
It can even feel uplifting.
What Unfolded in April
April held some really beautiful moments within this work across East Devon & beyond.
In Exmouth, my women’s crystal circles expanded to two gatherings, both filled with women ready to slow down, rest & reconnect with themselves.
The Cacao & Crystal evening in Ipplepen was another highlight - a deeply nourishing, heart-opening experience. The response was so lovely that a second event has already been planned for May… and is now fully sold out.
There’s a quiet momentum building.
And I’m so grateful to be witnessing it.
What’s Opening in May
That same energy continues into May in a way that feels both grounded & expansive.
In Topsham, my crystal circles have grown to two dates this month, after the first sold out more quickly than expected.

Wednesdays by the Sea in Budleigh 🌊
I’m now offering 1:1 crystal healing sessions in Budleigh, just moments from the sea. There’s something about this space that brings a deeper sense of calm & grounding to each session.
It’s slower.
More spacious.
And beautifully aligned with the work.
