The Decision That Changed Everything - My Journey into Crystal Healing in Devon
There are moments in life that don’t feel dramatic at the time…
but quietly go on to shape everything that follows.
For me, one of those moments came 15 years ago.
It marked the end of my maternity leave, and a decision not to return to my underwriting job … a decision that would, over time, lead me to the work I now offer through crystal healing in Devon, supporting women across Exmouth, Topsham & Budleigh very soon.
At the time, it didn’t feel like a big, bold move.
It simply felt right.
Something in me knew that my place, in that season, was at home.
I wanted to be present. To really be there.
To be the best Mama I could be for my little boy.
And that is still a role I hold so proudly today… even though it looks very different now.
Because motherhood, like life, is always evolving.
What I couldn’t have known then…
was how much that decision would shape the way I move through the world now.
The way I listen.
The way I care.
The way I hold others.
Motherhood taught me a different kind of presence.
A deeper level of patience.
An ability to sit with someone, without rushing to fix or change what they’re feeling.
Over the years, that path unfolded in ways I never could have planned.
Through breastfeeding my own children, and later supporting other women on their feeding journeys, I began to understand just how powerful it is to feel supported in the moments that matter.
Through choosing essential oils and homeopathy, instead of immediately reaching for Calpol, my curiosity deepened.
I started to trust that there were other ways to support the body - gently, intuitively, and in alignment with what it truly needed.
And then came a chapter of my life that asked even more of me.
Navigating surgical menopause brought its own challenges.
It shifted me again.
Invited me to look deeper.
To reconnect with myself in a completely new way.
This is where crystals and energy work became more than an interest … they became a support system. A way back to myself.
Looking back now, I can see it so clearly.
Nothing was wasted.
Every experience… every season… every challenge… has shaped the way I now support the women I work with.
The care I give.
The space I hold.
The way I meet you exactly where you are.
