A Week of Healing, Balance and Crystal Magic

This past week has been full of beautiful moments - holding space, sharing energy & witnessing the gentle power of crystal healing in action.

On Wednesday, I was honoured to take part in a local wellness event in Exmouth, offering mini crystal reset taster sessions. These short but powerful 15-minute sessions are such a wonderful way to introduce people to the frequency of crystal healing. Many hadn’t experienced this kind of energy work before – I loved seeing their faces soften, bodies relax & energy begin to shift. It's amazing what even a few mindful minutes can do.

On Thursday evening, our Moonstone Crystal Circle in Exmouth brought together a beautiful group of women for an evening of connection, flow & intuition. Moonstone holds such a soft, feminine frequency – the perfect crystal for helping us come back to our centre, especially when life feels overwhelming or emotionally charged. We meditated, shared, journaled & allowed the crystals to guide us. The energy in the room was so calm, nurturing & sacred – truly a soul-soothing evening.

And then Friday brought me back to my cosy healing space in Lympstone, where I held 1:1 bespoke treatments for women needing deep rest, energetic balance or simply space to be held. These personalised sessions are so special. Every crystal placed is intuitively chosen, every session completely unique. Whether it’s emotional release, spiritual clarity or nervous system reset – the crystals always know what’s needed most.

This week reminded me why I do what I do.
