The Restore Ritual for women is a layered experience combining the full dōTERRA AromaTouch Technique® with my Bespoke Crystal Healing session.

We begin with AromaTouch - a structured essential oil application across the back and feet using eight specific dōTERRA oils in a precise sequence. This gentle, consistent touch supports the body in softening and shifting out of stress response.

Once your system feels settled, you turn onto your back and we move into crystal healing.

No. AromaTouch is not massage and does not involve deep pressure. It uses light, structured touch to apply essential oils.

Do I need to remove clothing?

For AromaTouch, your upper body and feet will need to be uncovered so the oils can be applied directly. You will remain appropriately covered throughout the session.

Will I be clothed during the crystal healing?

Yes. Crystal healing is carried out fully clothed once you are lying on your back.

How long does the session last?

Approximately 90 minutes.

Is this suitable if I feel anxious or overwhelmed?

Yes. The session is specifically designed to support nervous system regulation before moving into deeper energetic work.

Can I book this if I am new to holistic therapies?

Absolutely. This is a gentle yet powerful introduction to both essential oil work and crystal healing.

How do I book?

Cancellations or reschedules made 48 hours or more in advance can be moved to a future session (subject to availability).

Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable, though you may gift your session to a friend if you’re unable to attend.
