Each 1:1 session is carefully prepared to support your unique needs. To honour this time and energetic preparation:

Cancellations or reschedules made 48 hours or more in advance can be moved to a future session (subject to availability).

Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable, though you may gift your session to a friend if you’re unable to attend.

Choose a quiet, comfortable space where you can settle without interruptions. A sofa, bed or favourite chair is perfect. Keep some water nearby and silence notifications if you wish. No special clothing, crystals or ritual are needed.

Do I need to be present throughout?

You do not need to be in the same room as me. Setting aside your scheduled session as time to rest is a lovely way to enjoy the experience, without needing to concentrate or do anything perfectly. If you cannot rest for the full session, please let me know beforehand so we can clarify arrangements.

How might the session feel?

Every experience is personal. You may feel relaxed, notice gentle sensations or simply enjoy a quiet pause. You may not notice anything particular, and there is no sensation you need to achieve. No specific experience or outcome is promised.

What happens after I book?

Check your booking confirmation for your session details, including the date and time, and contact me if anything needs clarifying, especially if you are outside the UK. Your session is prepared for you individually. Afterwards, you will receive feedback and information about the crystals used.

What about privacy?

Choose somewhere you feel at ease and share only what you are comfortable sharing. If you have questions about personal information or session arrangements, please contact me before your appointment.

How should I care for myself afterwards?
