Sauna, Soul & Stones

Sauna, Soul & Stones

A calming women-only experience to unwind, reconnect & restore in East Devon

As the evenings begin to draw in, Sauna, Soul & Stones moves into its autumn cocoon.

Join us at Pure Hiki Sauna, Greendale Farm Shop for an intimate evening combining the warmth of a wood-fired sauna, the refreshing contrast of a cooling outdoor bath or shower,  guided meditation & crystal healing.

An opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life, reconnect with yourself & simply be.

🌿 Rebalance

We'll begin by arriving, settling in & setting an intention for the evening.

• Welcome & gentle grounding

• A moment to arrive before stepping into the sauna

🔥 Reconnect

Spend time in the warmth of the wood-fired sauna at your own pace.

Chat, laugh, reflect or simply enjoy the quiet.

There's no expectation to talk or "do" anything. You're invited to tune into your body, notice what you need & enjoy the experience.

💧 Restore

Then comes the refreshing contrast of the cool bath or outdoor shower, should you choose to take part.

Afterwards, we'll lower the sauna temperature and return inside to create a warm, peaceful cocooned space for guided crystal meditation & oracle cards.

Surrounded by the gentle warmth of the sauna, you'll be invited to settle into stillness while your crystal infused experience unfolds.

I'll also bring an appropriate dōTERRA Blend, a to accompany our meditation.

We'll finish with herbal tea or fruit-infused water and a little time to simply be.

✨ This is your invitation to...

Slow down.

Warm up.

Cool off.

Come back into the warmth.

Listen inward.

And give yourself permission to pause.

No experience is needed. Everything throughout the evening is an invitation rather than an expectation.
