Step away from the busyness of everyday life & join us for an evening designed to help you rebalance, reconnect & restore.

Hosted at Pure Hiki Sauna, Greendale Farm Shop, this unique collaboration combines the soothing warmth of a wood-fired sauna with crystal healing, meditation, nature & the beautiful aroma of dōTERRA essential oils.

This is more than a sauna session. It's an opportunity to slow down, regulate your nervous system, connect with like-minded women & simply be.

• Optional cold plunge or cooling outdoor shower
• Guided meditation beneath the trees using dōTERRA Shinrin-Yoku Forest Blend
• Individual crystal healing relaxation on your own yoga mat
• Herbal tea or fruit-infused water to finish

No experience is needed. Everything is an invitation, never an expectation. You're encouraged to listen to your body throughout the evening.
